Relief from Tension Headaches when Pain Meds were No Longer Working

Sarah came to us with severe tension headaches that would spread into her neck and shoulders. She used to have to sleep with an ice pack because pain killers were no longer helping. She also used to take Aleve to help relieve the pain.
